Nancy recently helped me with my home purchase. We found a home we fell in love with in Crystal River, FL. We are not from the area, but Nancy's extensive knowledge of the local area helped reassure us that the house location and neighborhood were what we were looking for. We had a quick closing date, however Nancy was able to guide us through the paperwork and steps and acts as a liaison to ensure we closed on time. Nancy Zubler-Turner was very professional and kept us updated even tho the seller wasn’t very helpful. We were buying land in central Florida while living in Oklahoma. The seller wasn’t in any hurry and didn’t use any technical devices so Nancy had to drive over an hour just to get documents signed by him. But after two months we finally closed on land! I would highly recommend Nancy she kept us informed even tho in was in the middle of high sales traffic when hardly any one would return calls!
